1️⃣ What type of hair does EuxmeHair offer?
We offer 100% human hair only — no synthetic blends. Our hair is soft, tangle-free, and long-lasting. We mainly carry hair textures and styles that suit Black women, but we will be expanding to include textures for Caucasian customers soon.
2️⃣ Is your hair virgin or processed?
We offer both virgin human hair (unaltered) and pre-colored/processed textures (such as straight, body wave, deep wave, etc.). All hair is carefully treated to maintain its cuticles and ensure quality.
3️⃣ How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 6 months to over a year depending on the texture and how often it’s worn and styled.
4️⃣ How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website www.euxmehair.com. Simply choose your product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
5️⃣ How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally:
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
USA Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note: Shipping delays may occur due to customs or peak seasons.
6️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location.
7️⃣ How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.
8️⃣ What is your return & refund policy?
Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details. In short:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Refunds are issued after inspection
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Custom wigs, used bundles, or clearance items are non-returnable.
9️⃣ Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at euxmehair@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

To keep your hair looking its best:
Co-wash before first use
Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners
Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb
Let it air dry whenever possible
Avoid excessive heat or dyeing (unless hair is virgin)
1️⃣2️⃣ Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes, virgin human hair can be dyed or bleached by a professional. However, we recommend doing a strand test first to avoid damage.
1️⃣3️⃣ My package is lost or delayed — what should I do?
Please check your tracking number first. If it shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local courier. If it’s still unresolved, contact us at euxmehair@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.
