We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return & refund policy below. This policy is designed to protect the hygiene and integrity of our hair products while ensuring a fair experience for our customers.
(1) Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging

The lace (if applicable) must be uncut, and the bundles must not be unraveled

You must request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order

The product must be returned to us within 10 calendar days of receiving return approval
If the product has been worn, washed, brushed, dyed, bleached, cut, installed, or tampered with in any way, we will not accept the return.
(2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom wigs or custom-made orders

Final sale or clearance items

Items returned without prior authorization

Items not in original condition (e.g. lace cut, bundles untied, altered in any form)

Any item returned after the return window (7 days after delivery)
Due to the nature of hair products, we follow a strict hygiene policy to protect all customers.
(3) Return Process
If you meet the above requirements and wish to request a return or exchange:

Wait for our team to review and approve your request (typically within 1–2 business days)

You’ll receive the return instructions and return address

Ship the product back to us (with tracking) within 10 calendar days

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
(4) Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable

If you received free shipping and return the item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

If the item shows signs of use or damage, your refund may be partially approved or denied
(5) Exchanges
We accept exchanges only if:

The item is in brand new, unused condition

You request the exchange within 7 days of delivery

The item is not custom or final sale
You may exchange for a different length, texture, or product. You are responsible for both return and re-shipping fees unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
(6) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at euxmehair@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include photos of the item, packaging, and any tags.
We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost, depending on your preference and product availability.
(7) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
