All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Processing time may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.
- Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time; this will be stated clearly on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer worldwide shipping.
Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days after shipment.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier-related factors.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- EuxmeHair is not responsible for these charges.
- You are responsible for paying any customs or import fees imposed by your country.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through:

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

6. Shipping Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address submissions. If your package is returned due to address issues, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, EuxmeHair is not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance delays
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect address submission
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at euxmehair@gmail.com. We will assist you in locating or resending your order, subject to investigation by the carrier.
8. Pre-order or Custom Orders
Some of our products may be offered on a pre-order or custom-made basis. In such cases:
