At EuxmeHair, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality and accuracy. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Delivery timeframes shown on product pages (such as “4–10 Business Days”) refer to the estimated transit time after the order has been shipped and do not include processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
- Custom-made or pre-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China.
We offer international shipping, including to the United States and other supported regions. Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days after shipment.
Total delivery time is typically around 5–13 business days (1–3 days processing + 4–10 days transit).
Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
4. Additional Charges
The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

6. Shipping Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. EuxmeHair is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, EuxmeHair is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
