Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. This policy helps protect the hygiene and integrity of our human hair products while ensuring a fair experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Lace (if applicable) must be uncut; bundles must remain tied and unwrapped
  • You must request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • After approval, returns must be shipped back within 10 calendar days of approval
  • Products that have been worn, washed, dyed, brushed, installed, cut, or altered in any way will not be accepted

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of human hair products, returns are only accepted for items that are completely unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom wigs or made-to-order products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items not in original condition (e.g., lace cut, bundles unwrapped)
  • Items returned outside the return request window

3. Cancellations / Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Email support@euxmehair.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions if approved
  • Please use a trackable shipping method for your return shipment
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including international returns)
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Return requests are subject to inspection and final approval by EuxmeHair. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days after inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions (unused, uncut lace, original condition) may be rejected and will not be refunded

Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts may be refunded after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only considered in limited cases and are not guaranteed.

  • The item must be brand new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Exchanges are only considered for defective items or incorrect items sent by us
  • Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange

Due to hygiene requirements and international shipping constraints, we do not offer exchanges for personal preference reasons such as length, texture, color, or style selection.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@euxmehair.com. Please include photos of the item and packaging along with your order number.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your card provider—processing times may vary
  • Contact your bank if needed
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us
