Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. This policy is designed to protect the hygiene and integrity of our hair products while ensuring a fair experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Lace (if applicable) must be uncut; bundles must remain tied
  • Return request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 calendar days
  • Products that are worn, washed, dyed, brushed, installed, cut, or altered in any way will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom wigs or made-to-order products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items not in original condition (e.g. lace cut, bundles unwrapped)
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Due to the nature of hair products, we follow a strict hygiene policy to protect all customers.

3. How to Return

  • Email euxmehair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait 1–2 business days for approval and return instructions
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method within 10 calendar days
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days after receiving your return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping, the original cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Partial refunds may apply if the returned item is not in original condition

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is brand new, unused, and in original condition
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is not a custom or final sale product

You may exchange for a different length, texture, or product. Return and re-shipping fees are your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error or a product defect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at euxmehair@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Order number and description of the issue

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, depending on availability and your preference.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank or credit card account again
  • Then contact your card provider—processing time may vary
  • Next, contact your bank if needed
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us
