Q1: How to comb a wig?
A1: We recommend using a wide-tooth comb or a wig brush. Start from the ends and gently work your way up to reduce shedding and breakage. Always detangle before washing or styling, and avoid brushing aggressively.
Q2: How to keep the wig’s shape?
A2: To maintain the wig’s shape, store it on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use. This helps prevent flattening and tangling, and it also protects the lace and cap structure.
Q3: How to wash a wig?
A3: Detangle first, then wash with lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo. Gently smooth the hair in one direction—do not rub or twist. Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends.
Q4: How to dry a wig?
A4: Gently press excess water out with a towel (do not wring). Air dry the wig on a stand whenever possible. If you must blow-dry, use low heat and apply a heat protectant to help reduce dryness.
Q5: Which conditioner should I use?
A5: We recommend a lightweight, sulfate-free conditioner or a wig/human-hair friendly formula. Apply mainly to the mid-lengths and ends, avoid heavy products at the roots or knots, and rinse well to prevent buildup.
Q6: How often should I wash or condition the wig?
A6: Most customers wash their wig every 10–15 wears, or whenever there is product buildup. Conditioning can be done every 1–2 weeks depending on dryness and styling frequency. Overwashing may shorten the lifespan.

Q8: How to measure hair length?
A8: For accurate measurement, stretch the hair straight and measure from the root area to the ends. For curly or wavy textures, the listed length is the straightened length, so the hair may appear shorter in its natural pattern.
Q9: Why does the hair have a smell?
A9: A light scent may occur due to packaging or conditioning products used during finishing. We recommend a gentle co-wash before first use. The scent typically fades after 1–2 washes and air drying.
Q10: Can I dye or bleach the wig?
A10: Our natural (uncolored) human hair can usually be dyed or lightly bleached by a professional. For pre-colored shades (such as 613, 99J, or custom colors), we do not recommend additional bleaching. Always do a strand test first.
Q11: Will the hair shed or tangle?
A11: Mild shedding can be normal for human hair products, especially after cutting the lace or during initial combing. Tangling is usually related to dryness or product buildup. Regular conditioning, gentle detangling, and proper storage help reduce both.
Q12: Are all hairs in a bundle the same length?
A12: No. Real human hair naturally includes mixed lengths, which creates a more natural and realistic look. Slight tapering at the ends is normal and does not affect overall fullness when installed properly.
Q13: What’s the best temperature for styling tools?
A13: We recommend 160–180°C (320–360°F) with a heat protectant. Avoid prolonged high heat, and limit frequent heat styling to help maintain softness and reduce dryness over time.

Q14: Is the hair unprocessed Remy hair?
A14: Our bundles are made with 100% human hair and are typically Remy, meaning the cuticles are aligned to help reduce tangling. Some textures may be steam-processed to create the pattern. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate details.
Q15: How much does one bundle weigh?
A15: Each bundle typically weighs about 100g (3.5 oz). Weight may vary slightly by length and texture, which is normal for human hair products.
Q16: Why is there shedding?
A16: Light shedding may happen with wefted hair, especially after cutting the weft during installation. For best results, we recommend sealing the wefts and handling the hair gently during washing and detangling.
Q17: Why does hair tangle?
A17: Tangling is most often caused by dryness, product buildup, friction, or frequent heat styling. We recommend regular conditioning, gentle detangling, and using a satin bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction.
Q18: Why is there gray hair?
A18: Because human hair is a natural material, a few lighter or gray strands may occasionally appear. This is normal and can be removed if desired without affecting the overall quality.
Q19: Will curled or waved hair revert after straightening?
A19: Some textures can partially revert after washing, especially deep wave or curly patterns. However, repeated high-heat styling may loosen the curl pattern over time. To refresh curls, we recommend washing and using curl-defining care.
Q20: Why are there short hairs in the weft?
A20: During wefting, some hairs are folded to secure the weft, which can create shorter strands near the top. This is normal for machine-made wefts and does not affect wearability or overall fullness when installed properly.
Q21: Why does the curl loosen after washing?
A21: Curl patterns may relax slightly after washing due to water weight and the natural behavior of human hair. You can refresh the curl pattern using curl-friendly products or restyling with low heat as needed.
Q22: How long does the hair last?
A22: With proper care, our human hair products can last 12 months or longer. Lifespan may vary depending on maintenance, heat usage, coloring/chemical treatments, and how frequently the hair is worn.
